Hove Guest House - Rooms.
We have different rooms available to suit all of our guests. From a single room for a single night to a family room for a week; all guests are welcomed, well accommodated, and well catered for at Hove Guest House.
All of our guest rooms are well appointed and retain many period Victorian features. All have colour TVs as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
The room pictured left is an example of one of our twin rooms. Pictured bottom right is the dining room where a full English, Vegetarian or Continental Breakfast is provided each morning. Click either image to see a larger photograph.

Hove Guest House - Rates.
All of the prices outlined below are on a room per night basis and include your choice of either a full English, Vegetarian or Continental breakfast.
Prices vary according to season, the higher of the two rates shown applies from Easter until September.
To confirm any bookings we require a minimum deposit of 50% for each and every nights accomodation (non-refundable). We can accept payment by credit/debit card
with the card holders name and address or by cheque in (£) sterling which must be received within 7 days of booking to confirm reservation.
Single in single or double room: £35 - £45
2 sharing double or twin room: £75 - £80
4 sharing family room: £120 - £140
We have a policy of a two night minimum stay at weekends between May and September, all Bank Holidays and Conference Seasons, according to demand. Children under 10 are half price, children under 3 free.
Check-in times for any booking between 4.00pm and 9.00pm unless previously arranged. Check out time is 10.30am. Guests are responsible for any damage they incur.
Cancellations.
Once a booking has been confirmed any cancellation or amendments are subject to the following charges: - More than 48 hours prior to arrival the first nights accommodation will be charged.
Less than 48 hours prior to arrival time you may be charged up to the full value of the booking.
